He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Hopkins and Bessie Metcalf Hopkins. He is survived by: his son David W. Hopkins Jr. (Kelly) of Factoryville; his grandchildren, David of Factoryville and Kelsey Hopkins of Factoryville; and his siblings, Donald Hopkins (Sheila) of Reeders, Warren Hopkins (Sandy) of York and Eleanor Rogers (Ed) of Jefferson Township.
