He is survived by: his sons, John Kline (Johanna), Michael Kline MD (Dalton) and Benjamin Kline MD (Pamela); and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Tucker, Mikhaila, Calista, Benjamin and Luke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
