She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Calvin Etnoyer and Pauline F. Wallace Etnoyer. She is survived by: her husband Michael R. Spangler; her children, Michael R. Spangler, Jr. and Tara R. Spangler Peffer (Jason); her grandchildren, Aurora Spangler, Addison Peffer and Raylan Peffer; her brother Scott Etnoyer; and her nephew Scott Etnoyer, Jr..

Memorial Contributions may be made in Terris name to the Hillman Cancer Center, 4300 Londonderry Road, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
