Polly I. Martz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Polly I. Martz of Dalmatia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 1, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hollenbach and Eva Hollenbach (Heim); her husband Harold Martz (Hup); her daughter Dianne Smeltz; her granddaughter Joy Martz; and her siblings, Saloma Bidding, Elizabeth Leitzel, Martha Kimmel, Arlene Wolfe, Hilda Yerger, Albert Hollenbach, Mary Wolfe, Charles Hollenbach, Ida Graver, John Hollenbach and William Hollenbach.
She is survived by: her children, Don (Cindy) of Dalmatia and Dana Foulds (Mike) of Shamokin; her son-in-law Laverne Smeltz of Dalmatia; her grandchildren, Wanda Wilkinson (Don), Wendy Wacker (Mike), Michael Martz (Crystal), Jill Yisrael (Yaacov), Jacob, Joshua and Jordan (Jenna Foulds); and her caregivers, Sheila, Jill, Joan, Pam M, Lindsay, Tammy, Anna and Mindee.
