He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Klinger; his son Melvin Klinger, Jr.; his sister Arlene Wilbert; his nieces and nephews, James Wilbert, Jr., Rod Wilbert, Hayden Conrad, Jeffrey Bingaman, Monica Paul, Karen Hoy, Shae Conrad and Janelle Hooper; and his siblings-in-law, George Conrad and Laurie Bingaman.
