It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John W. Hommel of Dalmatia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 23, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Hommel and Albert Hommel; his brothers, Dennis Hommel and Wayne Hommel; his stepsiblings, Lester Maneval and Linda Maneval; and his stepfather Howard Maneval.

He is survived by: his wife Lois Hommel; his daughters, Christina Johns (Billy) and Carla Krissinger (Steve); his sister Martha Winter; his granddaughter Maddy Krissinger; and his stepsiblings, Grant Maneval, Leonard Maneval, Larry Maneval (Orpha) and Edna Chubb (Rodger).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to you may donate to an organization or charity of your choosing.
