He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Lentz and Martha Lentz (Messner); his wife Judy Ann Lentz (Hetrick); and his brother David Lentz. He is survived by: his sons, Damon Lentz and Brian Lentz; his grandchildren, Jason, Zachary and Graciana; his brother Michael Lentz; and his nieces, Stacy Hampton and Vicki Kintzer.
