He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Leona Garvey; and his stepfather William B. Garvey. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Marks); his children, Deborah M. Weitkamp (Clyde) of Reading, PA, Michael D. King (Carol) of Chesapeake, VA and Brian A. King of Midlothian, VA; his grandchildren, Rachel Klemmer (John), Leah Starr (Aaron), Phoebe Weitkamp, Asa Weitkamp, Emily King and Mariah King; his great grandchildren, Zoe Klemmer and Joseph Klemmer; and his brother Scott Garvey (Christine) of New Park, PA. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
