He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Keeney and Elsie Keeney (Godfrey). He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Keeney (Floyd); his children, Eugene Keeney (Florence) of Felton, Michael Keeney (Darlene) of Red Lion, James Keeney (Pandy) of Perry County, Darlene Noecker (Samuel) of Red Lion and Sueann Stump (Jeffrey) of Felton; and his sister Dorothy Marks of Hart, MI.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren.
