He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Strayer and Loretta Strayer (Hildebrand); and his brother Randall C. Strayer. He is survived by: his daughters, Colleen T. Strayer (Jon Sinclair) and Sherry L. Arnold (Chad); his grandchild Mackenzie A. Arnold; and his siblings, Korlan B. Strayer, Adrian D. Strayer, Stacey K. Strayer and Kimberly A. Zarfoss (Luther). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
