He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther W. Richard, Sr. and Ethel P. Richard (Bailey); and his siblings, Mary Richard, June Kauffman, Deloris Koller, Charles Richard and Carl Richard.
He is survived by: his spouse Azeal V. Richard (Garrett); his sons, Wayne Richard (Sandy), Brian Richard (Venus), David Richard (Karen) and Troy Richard (Kim); his sister Phyllis Simpson (Richard); and his sister-in-law Anna Mae Richard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
