He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Colyer Parker; his parents, Fredrick A. Parker, Sr. and Margaret Messick Parker; his son-in-law Edward Rementer; and his sister Ethel Collier.

He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Mack (Richard) of Downingtown, Joan Rementer of West Chester and Carol Naugle (Paul) of Dallastown; and his grandchildren, Bryan, Rachael, Cooper, Elijah and Eliana.
