She was predeceased by: her husband B. Craig Smith; her parents, Jacob McKinley and Esther Herbst (Mundis); and her siblings, Robert Herbst, Dick Herbst, Jacob Herbst, Vernon Herbst, Anna Shaull, Stella Knisley, Marian Hoffman and Arlene "Nup" Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Jason Smith (Kim) and Adam Smith; and her grandchildren, Conner and Morgan Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
