She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Mark Raffensberger; her parents, Dawn Noll (Hassler) and Donald Noll; her daughters, Emily Raffensberger, Gretchen Pham (Viet) and Ellen Raffensberger (Bryan Mills); her grandchildren, Ariana and Arthur Pham; her siblings, Keith Noll (Teddi), Donette Lasher (Kevin) and Donise Musheno (Jason); and her pet Oliver. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Red Lion Kaltreider-Benfer Library.
