Bell of Dallastown, Pennsylvania, born in Windsor, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 2, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Bell and Estella C. Bell (Barshinger); his son Dwight C. Bell; and his sister Betty Eppinger. He is survived by: his spouse Donaleen C. Bell (Burk); his daughters, Danette Gillespie (Wade), Denise Feltenberger (Hank) and Deanna Hershey; and his pets, Willow and Peanut. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
