He is survived by: his wife Anna Mae Richard (Martin); his children, Kathy S. Zellers (Anton) of Pittsburgh, Beth E. Frank (Jeff) of Niarada, MT and Carl L. Richard, Jr. of Dallastown; his grandchildren, Chris, Matt, Suzie, Becky and Steven; his great grandchildren, Jasper, Micah and Evan; and his siblings, Luther W. Richard, Jr. (Azeal) and Phyllis Simpson. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and other family members.
