It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William George Higgins (Dallas, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 16, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elwood Higgins and Mildred Higgins; his children, Michele Louise, Kelly Renee and William George Jr.; his grandchildren, Chastity Shai, Miah Charity, Contessa Blanca, Velvet Teressa, Victor Elijah and Alexander William; his wife Theresa Higgins; his son-in-law Victor Manuel; and his grandchild Popi. He was also cherished by four brothers and three sisters.
