He was predeceased by: his father William T. Levi; and his siblings, Ronald J. Levi, Sr., Timothy Levi and Pamela Hodorovic. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy A. Levi of Dallas, PA; his children, Summer Levi and Matthew Levi; and his brother William. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great-nieces and great-nephews.
