It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Louise Sheppard (Dallas, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 24, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Sheppard. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Sheppard, Stephen Sheppard, Bruce Sheppard, Lisa Shipman and Lora Spencer; and her grandchildren, Mark Spencer (Andrew), Blake Spencer, Geoffrey Sheppard and Elizabeth Shipman. She is also survived by her extended family and her many friends.
