He was predeceased by: his parent Roland P.. He is survived by: his parent Caroline Neff (Nedde); his wife George Anne Neff (Best); his children, Holly Kirby (Neff), David R. and Daniel S. (Marianne); and his grandchildren, Annie, Olivia, Lillian Neff, Kenneth Kirby, Ryan Kirby, Whiskey and Hudson.
