She was predeceased by: her parents, William John O'Boyle and Margaret Mary Brogan O'Boyle; and her brothers, William, Edward and James O'Boyle.

She is survived by: her sons, John T. Finnegan (Shelley), James T. Finnegan (Colleen), Timothy J. Finnegan (Jennifer), Harbeson and Del; her grandchildren, Sean (Larissa), Ryan, Rory, Jamie, Riley and Lizzie Finnegan; and her great grandchildren, Lauren, Emily Finnegan and Aly Aguilar.
