He was predeceased by: his brother Edward W. Drevitch; and his grandparents, Emil, Irene V. Sabol (Paul), Edward W. and Marie S. Drevitch (Buynak).

He is survived by: his parents, William E. and Linda A. (Sabol) Drevitch of North Wilkes-Barre; his brother Reverend Father Michael S. Drevitch of Towanda; and his daughters, Haylee Lynn, Serenity and Destiny Drevitch of Naples, Florida. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, numerous cousins and dear friends.
