He is survived by: his wife Mary Nardell Butera; his children, Sharon Lyons (Patrick), Dallas and Louis Butera; and his grandsons, Patrick Lyons (Briann) and John Butera (Vanessa). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other dear family members and friends.
