She was predeceased by: her sons, Derek O. Rex and Michael P. Rex; and her stepfather Roy F. Turner. She is survived by: her son Jeffrie A. Rex of Dallas, PA; her sister Elizabeth M. Atwell-Moulton (Samuel) of Bluffton, SC; her grandchildren, Stephen, Daniel, Kayla, Ashleigh and Blaine; and her great grandchildren, Michael, Chase and Zelda.
