He was predeceased by: his parent Michael J. McKeown; his sisters, Mary Bobkowski and Ann Bordy; and his friend Alice Holmes. He is survived by: his parent Mary C. McKeown (Lavelle); his spouse Emily J. McCormack; his children, Joseph M. McKeown, Mary Lou Evans of Dallas, Emily Intelicato of Kingston and Thomas A. McKeown; his grandson Justyn Newman; his great grandchild Justyn Newman, Jr.; and his brothers, John McKeown of Wilkes-Barre, Charles McKeown (Theresa) of Wilkes-Barre and Michael McKeown.
