Joan J. Tometchko Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2020, at the age of 87, Joan J. Tometchko of Dallas, Pennsylvania, born in East Orange, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Desciak and Anna Desciak (Nice); her husband Stephen; her children, Stephen Tometchko and Joanne Marie Armaghan; and her brother-in-law Joseph Tometchko.
She is survived by: her daughter Dianne Ruch (Ted); her son-in-law Ahmad Armaghan; her grandchildren, Reza Armaghan (Rebecca), Sarah Armaghan (Hojjat Ghaderi), Matthew Ruch (Katie) and Stephen Ruch (Courtney Shields); her great grandchildren, Charlotte Joanne Ruch and Benjamin Ghaderi; her brother Stephen Desciak (Karen); and her sister-in-law Fran Tometchko. She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews.
In keeping with federal and state guidelines arising from the COVID-19 virus, those attending the funeral Mass are required to wear a face covering and observe social distancing.
