It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Joseph Barlow (Dallas, Pennsylvania), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on June 27, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Barlow and Susan Allen Barlow; his son Mark Barlow; his grandson Paul Barlow; and his great grandchildren, Christopher Barlow and Mason Miner.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Lavelle of Dallas; his children, Michael (Kathy), Matthew (Helen), John, Jaime (Erin) and Nora Frick (Scott); his daughter-in-law Carol Barlow; and his sister Mary Sue Diver.
