He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Bower and Antoinette Ciavarella Bower; his son James J. Bower III; and his father-in-law Louis G Pisano. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Pisano Bower; his children, Matthew Bower (Erin) and Carmen Ann Perry (Josh); his grandchildren, Lillian, Levi Perry and Vivienne Bower; his mother-in-law Dolores Pisano; and his siblings-in-law, Dolores Rushton (Patrick) and Louis Pisano (Roseanne). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jim's memory to the Special Olympics Pennsylvania, 2570 Boulevard of the Generals, Suite 124, Norristown, PA 19403.
