He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Otten and Pearl Sick Otten; and his sisters, Doris Otten, Arlene Otten and Charlotte Uhouse (David).
He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Otten (Gladys), Alice Allis (Robert), Ethel Otten, Helen Williams (Herbert), Morris Otten (Alice) and Gene Otten (Glenda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in James' name to the Hunts for Healing, 3 Coburn Hill Road, Laceyville, PA 18623.
