He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ayers and Shirley Patton Ayers; and his siblings, Char Yurko, Rae Ayers, Cindy DeGraff and Joseph Ayers.
He is survived by: his son Jack, Jr.; his fiancée Andrea Delicati; and his siblings, Bill (Brenda), Dan (Lori), Todd (Kim), Holly Malinowski (Rich) and Kelly Johnson (Marc). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
