He is survived by: his parent Marian Walsh O'Neill; his wife Patty Gallagher O'Neill of The Villages; his children, Lauren O. Johns (Benjamin) and Patrick F.; his siblings, Mary Barbara Gilligan (Marty), Gerard (Cindy), Clarks Summit, Attorney Frank (Onnie) and David (Beverly); his aunt Lois O'Neill Kelly of Dunmore; and also, Alexandria and Dallas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many cousins.
