He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Palmentere and Josephine Palmentere; his wife Donna Palmentere (Sakowski); his stepson Brent Postupak; his sister Vivian Williams; and his niece Candy.
He is survived by: his children, Peter (Jennifer), Michelle and Jennifer Oborski; his brother Joseph (Nancy); his grandsons, Jason and Joshua Oborski; his nieces, Larisa Palmentere and Tara Sears (Covar); his nephew Joseph Palmentere Jr. Additionally; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Thomas McGough (Audra), Michael Conti (Meghan) and George Visco (Kyndra Lutz).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in his memory.
