She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Carter and Catherine Frantz Carter; and her brothers, Fred and Jerry. She is survived by: her husband Joseph W.; and her sons, David and Michael. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 10:30 A. M. at Holy Family Parish Church, 574 Bennett St., Luzerne, with Father Jarrod Waugh, officiating. Friends and relative may call on Thursday from 5 to 7 P. M. at the Hugh B. Hughes & Son, Inc., Funeral Home, 1044 Wyoming Avenue, Forty Fort, following CDC guidelines of wearing a face covering and maintaining social distancing.
