She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Kerr and Lila Wagner Kerr. She is survived by: her husband Dallas L. Boughter; her children, Bonnie Eft (John) of Charlotte, NC, Wendy Davis of New Wilmington and Dallas Boughter, II (Debbie) of Mercer, PA; her grandchildren, Dallas Boughter, III (Ashley), Bradley Boughter, Hannah Spragale (Matt), Forrest Minteer and Jackson Minteer; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Kendall, Sydney, Blake, Brody and Kentley; and her sister Mae Brown of New Castle. She is also survived by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
