She was predeceased by: her parents, John Oscar and Lucinda Phillips Ames; her husband Charles Kokoska Sr.; and her son Theodore Kokoska. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Charles Kokoska (Donna) of Millsboro, PA and Jennifer Kadash (Jason) of Daisytown, PA; her sister Emma Lou Kistler of Coal Center, PA; and her grandchildren, Chad, Matthew, Joshua Kokoska, Xander and Maximus Kadash. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
