She is survived by: her son Joseph "Joe" Garrett of Daisytown, PA; her grandsons, Joseph Paul, Jonathan William and Joshua Allan Garrett; her father Thomas A. Kokay of Vesta; and her sisters, Nancy Myers of Merritstown, PA, Susan Moskal of Denbo Heights, PA and Kate Christopher of Fellsburgh, PA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
