He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas S. Hewitt, Sr. and Sharon Jean Reynolds; and his son Daniel Joseph Holly. He is survived by: his wife Amy J. Campbell; his sons, Jeremy J. Hewitt of Cyclone and Jesse Hewitt of Smethport; his grandchildren, Emily, Caydan, Camryn and Summer; and his brothers, William Hewitt of Peru, IN, Steven Hewitt (Sylvia) of Raleigh, NC and Timothy Hewitt of Bradford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to the American Heart Association or the McKean County SPCA.
