She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Marshal and Doris Mae Frank (Harvey); her husband James E. Williams; her granddaughter Kami Leakey; and her siblings, Cora Bennett, Mary Gasper, Clark "Poncho" Frank, David Frank and Hiram Frank.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Cole (Larry Perry) of Rochester, NY, Randy Williams (Dawn) of Alton, NY, Laura Williams (Richard Brewster) of Dushore, Frank Williams (Tammy) of Rixford and Tom Williams (René) of Bradford; and her grandchildren, Daniel Lyons, Katie Fitzsimmons, Roxanne Bornheimer, Rachel Williams, Dustin Williams, Tara Hensley, Bryan Williams, Robert Williams, Kaden Williams, Madison Williams, Michael Williams, Liza Williams, Troy Reed, Chad Reed, Lucas Williams and Aaron Williams. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, many great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
