He is survived by: his parent Victoria Mokulehua (Kamalii); his daughter LaVeda Hicks (Norman); his grandchildren, Mitchell Hicks of Evanston, IL and Megan Nottingham (Christopher) of Twinsburg, OH; his great grandchildren, Hannah Hicks, Gabriel Hicks and Andrew Nottingham; his sister Rhoda Miller; and also, Wayne and Grampian.
