He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lloyd Shaffer and Jean Shaffer (McCracken); his children, Thomas Shaffer Jr. of Palmyra, Chellie Blesh (Tim) of Bellefonte and Nathan Shaffer (Katie) of Clearfield; his siblings, Geri Brady (Bill) of DuBois, Sharon Gates of Curwensville, Dennis Shaffer (JoLynn) of Curwensville and Ronald Shaffer (Becky) of Curwensville; and his grandson Jacob Shaffer. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
