He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Sr. and Mary Etta Bowery (Passmore); and his daughter Kathi Bowery. He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Sue Smith of Williamsburg and Jo-Anna Lea McClure (David) of Curwensville; his grandchildren, Erika Leigey, Nathaniel McClure, Aspen Smith and Saxton Smith; his sister Margaret "Sis" Shirey (Richard) of Loganton; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Lingle of Clearfield, Moneice VanEdgon and Marlene Clark of Treasure Lake.
