He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph John Sr. and Beverly Palmer (Kavelak); his sister Kathy Collins Gillen; and his nephews, Kyle Billotte, Jed Collins and Marty Collins Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Ralph J. Palmer III of South Williamsport, Joshua S. Palmer (Aubrie) of Grampian, Jeremy L. Palmer of Grampian, Cody S. Palmer of Grampian and Elizabeth Palmer of Curwensville. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; a sister.
