He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh N. and Mary C. Collins; his brothers, Donald and Randy Collins (Beaver); his granddaughters, Madelyn and Makayla Gerda; and his pet Kassi.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Dustin Collins (Nicole) of Curwensville, Jamie Gerda (Rick) of Virginia, Mark Collins of Lumber City, Spencer Collins (Brandi) of Grampian and Penni Muth (Jeff) of Luthersburg; his brothers, Jim Collins (Carol) of Colorado and Dave Collins (Cindy) of Clearfield; and his grandchildren, Kacyn Collins, Megan, Aidan Gerda, Jade Collins, Shaelinn, Devin and Tyler Muth. He is also survived by his cherished Boxer.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
