He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Starr and Grace Starr (Gelnett); and his brothers, Perry, James and William Starr.
He is survived by: his siblings, Helen Dunlap (Dan) of DuBois, Inez Peterson, Mable Tersine (Tony) of Punxsutawney, Mary Tersine of Johnston, Pat Hand and Randy Starr (Joyce) of Luthersburg. He is also survived by several in-laws and nieces and nephews.
