He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Sass and Victoria Sass (Puit); and his siblings, Genevieve Mock, Sylvia Knepp, Christine Czarnecki, Veronica Shaddeck, John Sass, Stanley Sass, Thomas Sass, Francis "Panch" Sass and Kenny "Bunk" Sass.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Jean Duckett (Michael James) of Curwensville; his grandchildren, Michael Stuart Duckett (Billie Jo) of Falls Creek and Cindi Weddle of Curwensville; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Weddle, Allison Weddle, Joshua Hoppe, Jeremy Duckett, Mikayla Duckett, Jessica Duckett and Samantha Duckett; and his sisters, Barbara Decker of Curwensville and Elizabeth Birchall (David) of Bowling Green, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
