She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Belin and Verna Munchak; her former husband William Spencer; her husband Herman Cook; her son William "Stretch" Spencer; her stepdaughter Nancy Barrett; and her siblings, Anthony Munchak and Gloria Spencer.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Dorothy Spencer of DuBois, PA.. She is also survived by Seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and two great great grandsons. And numerous nieces and nephews.
