He is survived by: his children, Jeanne Beggs Lidstone (Barry) of St. Lambert, James C. Beggs of Oil City and John H. Beggs (Lisa) of Winchester, Virginia.; and his close friend Dorothy Loddo. He is also survived by 3 children, 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
