He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. "Bill" and Ruth Bloom (Blackburn). He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Bloom; his children, William G. Bloom (Linda J.) of Hyde, Lorie A. Ream (Mark Riek) of Indiana, PA and Garrick L. Bloom of Shippensville, PA; and his sister Sharon Porter of Hyde. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
