He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Frederick and Emma Eleanor Cutler (Wisor); and his siblings, Ralph Cutler, Janice Jury, Sibbie Swoope and Brenda Brundridge.

He is survived by: his children, Frederick Cutler Jr. of Clearfield, James Cutler (Rebecca) of Clearfield, Richard Allen Cutler of Clearfield, Michael Edward Cutler (Jolene) of Houtzdale and Michelle Bernice McLaughlin (Jeffrey) of Curwensville; and his sister Darlene White (Larry). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
