He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Michaels and Vivian Michaels (Remaley); and his brothers, Wallace, Jim, Jack, Bob and Gary.
He is survived by: his wife Carole; his daughters, Denise R. Mullins (Stacey) of State College and Diane S. Holland Curwensville (Dean); his grandchildren, Ryan S. Mullins (Sydney) of Somerville, MA, Courtney R. Laukitis (Kyle) of New Carlisle, OH, Lauren E. Holland of Curwensville and Danielle N. Holland of Curwensville; his great grandchild Henry J. Mullins; and his sister Sally Barrett.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Curwensville United Methodist Church Mission or Kitchen Funds 602 State St. Curwensville, PA 16833, and the Alzheimer's Association http://www.alz.org.
